Sevika Sanghom

The Mar Thoma Suvisesha Sevika Sanghom, the women's wing of the Mar Thoma church was established in 1919 during the Maramon convention under the leadership of Abraham Mar Thoma Suffragan Metropolitan. It plays an important role in the evangelistic and charitable mission of the Mar Thoma Church. Every woman of Orlando Mar Thoma Church above the age of 18 years is a member of the Sevika Sanghom.

Members meet the third Sunday of every month for prayer and fellowship and to strengthen the relationships with other members within the church. They are actively engaged in the local community - visiting the elderly,  raising funds for charity, and participating in various church functions. OMTC Sevika sanghom has an active role in the ministerial and spiritual growth of the church.
